At The Mild Fashion (TMF), we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size issues or fit problems.

If the T-shirt doesn’t fit you perfectly, you can request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the product received is defective, damaged, or wrong.

In case of a defect, please send us an unpacking video or clear photos of the defect within 24 hours of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer) within 5-7 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or “Flash Sale” may not be eligible for return (only exchange for size).

Used or washed items will not be accepted.
